Best vitrification device Vitrisure

(PATENT PENDING)

Composed of an outer sleeve and an inner device. The tip of the inner device is designed as two holes connected with a channel. This design has following advantages:

  1. (1). Ensure easy loading and easy VS (vitrification solution) volume adjustment.
Load embryo in one hole and remove excess VS from another hole.
  2. (2). Ensure the fastest cooling rate because egg/embryo is suspended on a VS film,
therefore, embryo is exposed to LN (liquid nitrogen) from both sides.
  3. (3). Ensure the fastest warming rate because the device keeps egg/embryo
at low temperature until the moment it contacts WS (warming solution).
  4. (4). Ensure quick and easy egg/embryo release, no embryo stuck issue.

Vitrisure

Loading instructions:
1. 5-10 seconds before loading, making a thin VS film by loading a little VS in two holes and the channel from both sides.
Aspirate excess VS (until you see light reflection changes).
2. Load egg/embryo in one of the holes and aspirate excess VS if necessary from another hole.
3. Dip the tip of the inner device into LN and insert into the outer sleeve under LN.

Unloading instructions:
1. After selecting the right Vitrisure, loose the sleeve from the inner device by warming the top edge of the sleeve (two fingers),
but not pulling out the inner device.
2. Take the whole device out from the LN and approach to a microscope and count 3-4 seconds.
3. Pull out the inner device and quickly immerse the tip into WS to release embryo (embryo can be found at the surface of WS).
